What Payment methods do we accept?
We accept bank Transfer or pay in cash on delivery. For the requests out of Portugal or Spain we only accept payments by Bank Transfer.
After we order the items and the Bank Transfer has been chosen like payment method, where do I send the confirmation?
Before you make the Bank Transfer, your order will be revised by us. After we check the stock of all the asked articles, will send you an email with the confirmation an also a Proforma Invoice that explains everything that you need to now.
Can we add components or articles after carrying out the request?
Yes it’s possible, if the order has not been sent out from our installations, for that, just send a email to Sales@apollo-telecom.com and the articles what you need to your order.
My account details are wrong. How can I correct them?
Send to us with very urgency an email for sales@apollo-telecom.com indicating the number of your request and the new and correct information.
